"Placing and order"
- Call our offices at : 214-421-4140 or Toll free: 1-800-320-2014.
- Customer service rep will answer and ask for your customer number.
- Place your order and receive a confirmation number.
- Once your order is received on the scheduled date, double check all merchandise is complete and up to your standards.
- If anything is not up to your standards or incorrect, please notify customer service or your salesperson within 24 hours after delivery for exchange or credit.
- You may also fax your order to 214-275-3530. Please include your customer name and phone number to confirm the order.
Additional Information:
There is a 10 case minimum (each is not a case) or $150.00 for delivery of any in town orders
In Town Deliveries
- The best time to place your order is the day before delivery.
- The deadline for first run orders is at 1:00 a.m.
- Same day delivery is available to customers within 20 miles radius of our facility. (second run)
- Orders for second run need to be placed before 12:00 noon Mon-Fri and before 10:00am on Saturday.
- Orders placed after these designated times will be sent on the next scheduled delivery date.
- Please call the office for your delivery schedule.
Out of Town Deliveries
(Call for Minimum) Orders need to be placed the day before the scheduled delivery date.
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon
- States serviced include: Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas and Louisiana.
- Please contact our office for the cities serviced in specific states and what for delivery minimums
